- Cancellation Policy
- There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on the website. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. In this scenario we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits to your account for shopping at a later date.
- The Pickle Co. shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers / shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of The Pickle Co.
- Returns & Refund Policy
- Orders once placed & processed through www.thepickleco.in may not be cancelled or refunded.
- Estimated Delivery Time is approximately 3-7 working days. The Pickle Co. shall in no event be held liable for any delay or default in delivery.
- In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality or taste of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts.
- If the package gets damaged during transit, the customer can contact The Pickle Co. with valid proof of the same and the matter would be looked into.
- In circumstances when the customer is eligible for refund, the same would be done through a bank transfer/paytm to the same account through which the order had been placed.
